Carrot Muffins

Here is a little twist on yesterday's Carrot Bread.

Carrot Muffins

1 batch Carrot Bread batter
1 batch Cream Cheese glaze
1 batch Candied Carrots


Preheat oven 350F.

Line a muffin tin with 12 muffin liners.

Fill with batter until 2/3 of the way full.  Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.  Let cool.

Top with cream cheese glaze and candied carrots.
